National Flowers are a symbol of a nation. Nations choose their National Flowers based on their cultural, historical, and/or religious roots which can go back to a nation’s earliest history. Some flowers were adopted, while some were not. Even some were chosen to support and spread conciousness about environmental preservation. There are also nations with one National Flower, and there are nations with two, three, or more National Flowers. The whole world is known to practice this tradition of choosing their Nation’s National Flower(s).
Here are the ASEAN National Flowers, referred by its Botanical Names.
